I am born and raised in Louisville, KY and I enjoy spending time with friends, dancing to live music, and cheering on my favorite sports teams. After my own health issues, I knew I wanted to transition into the field of wellness to help others on their journey to health and happiness.

I am a Certified Functional Medicine Health Coach, as well as a registered yoga teacher (RYT-200) and a Level 1 Integrative Restoration (iRest) meditation instructor. My goal is to assist people on their journey in acquiring optimal health in both their body and mind.
