As a Solution Focused and Cognitive Behavioral Therapist, I believe in creating goals and assisting my clients to meet those goals. We address negative patterns of thoughts and behavior and reframe them. I believe the best way to move forward in life is to know what got you here, what is holding you back, and what behaviors can be changed to move forward.

My clients range from seeking help with addiction, anxiety, depression, adjustments in their life (children, divorce, illness) , as well as guidance in creating the healthy and happy life they envision for themselves.
I have spent the last decade working in the mental health field. My approaches are cognitive behavioral, client centered, and solution focused. All three serve my clients in helping them understand their journey in life.
