Perform the 6 exercises X3 in a circuit format

Downward Dog — 30 sec. to 1 minute hold


Upwards Dog — 30 sec. to 1 minute hold


Groin Stretch- 30 sec. to 1 minute hold – each side


Pigeon Pose – 30 sec. to 1-minute hold


One Leg Modified Standing Split – 30 sec. to 1-minute hold


Flank Stretch – 30 sec. to 1-minute hold
