  • Unbox the Fitbit
  • Download the Fitbit app via the App Store (for iOS) or Google Play Store (Android).

  • Follow the onscreen instructions to create your Fitbit account. Please enter the same email you use for your Ciba Health account. 
  • The onscreen prompt will ask for you to charge your Fitbit with the charger provided
  • Pair your device to your phone by following the onscreen instructions.  
  • The Fitbit comes with a free Premium Membership for 3 months and then you can pay monthly or yearly. This is completely optional.
