Joining Your Appointment

To attend your virtual appointment, join the video conference call by clicking on the “Join” button. Above the “Join” button you can see a countdown timer that shows the time until your appointment begins. Click on the “Join” button at the appointed time. Before the appointed time, the “Join” button will be inactive.

If you want to cancel an appointment, click on the “Cancel” button near the date and time. You will need to indicate the reason for the cancellation and then confirm the cancellation.
