Messages

After your first appointment with a doctor, you will have access to the personal chat with your doctor (the same chat that was present in the video call).

From the left navigation bar, select “Messages”. Then, select a doctor listed under “Chats” and send them a message. Notes that were written during the last appointment are saved. Scroll up to see chat history and read appointment notes.
