Super simple green smoothie

Ingredients:

  • 1 large banana, peeled
  • 1 ½C milk of choice (almond, soy, coconut, cow)
  • 2C fresh spinach
  • 1 scoop vanilla protein powder of choice
  • 5-6 ice cubes

Preparations:

  1. Combine all ingredients and blend until very smooth.
  2. Serve cold.
