Ascend Well 3.1.1 – Class Calendar & Progress Checkmarks
🌟 New Features
- Admin Class Calendar View: Admins can now view and manage classes using a new calendar view. This feature allows admins to:
- View all scheduled sessions in a daily, weekly, or monthly format.
- Filter the calendar by coach, date, topic, and name
- Quickly access session details and make edits or cancellations.
- Identify open time slots for scheduling at a glance.
- Improve coordination across care teams with real-time calendar updates.
- Participant Class and Chat checkmarks [WEB only]: Participants will now see checkmarks for Class and Chat within each module, indicating progress toward milestone completion.
- A checkmark appears for Class after attending or watching the first session in a module.
- A checkmark appears for Chat after the first interaction with the coach in a group chat within that module.
- Checkmarks will respectively appear on the Admin side as well to help keep Admins informed.
These indicators help participants and admins easily track their progress.
🔧 Enhancements and Improvements
- The Activities section under Admin > Participant Details now shows completion status for Class and Chat activities.
- The Class checkmark appears only after a class is booked, not before.
- Both Class and Chat checkmarks represent the minimum required activities and will be marked as complete after the first valid interaction.
- You can now access the Participant Details page from all modals that display a user list, including:
- Cohort member modal
- Class booking users list (both tab and calendar views)
- The character limit for the Program Section description has been reduced to 250 characters.
🐞 Bug Fixes
- Fixed an issue where updated Zoom class sessions were incorrectly requiring a password.
- Fixed the “Show All” button on the participant dashboard so it now correctly displays additional existing bookings.
- Fixed an issue where the class banner on the participant dashboard did not disappear after a booking in some cases.
