Release 1.2.0: All-New Mobile Experience — Withings Integration, Smart Health Charts, Guided Onboarding & Hassle-Free Scheduling

🌟 New Features

✅ Transtek Integration: We’ve introduced end-to-end support for Transtek scale integration across admin and AscendWell interfaces. This allows real-time device pairing, automatic sync, and seamless transfer of devices between users, all designed to reduce support needs and improve tracking accuracy. The functionality includes:

• Admin / Manual or QR Code Pairing: Attach a Transtek scale to a user by entering or scanning the IMEI/SN.
• Admin / Device Management: View details & unpair scale from user profile.
• Admin / Email Notifications: Auto-email is sent upon adding scale tracking details.
• Admin / Device Source Visibility: See if users are connected to Transtek or Withings directly from the Participants table.
• Admin / Live Validation & Feedback: Ensures only valid device codes are accepted.
• Participant / Guided UI – Allows viewing values received from the Transtek Scale in history, provides a How-To guide.
• Participant / Email Notifications: Auto-email sent upon adding scale tracking details.

Withings scale, if needed, can still be connected as we do not force-disconnect or stop syncing. The user will be able to view all values in the History.

✅ Cohort Completion: We’ve introduced a cohort completion flow to give admins better control over program closure and ensure a clean transition for participants out of the program. The functionality includes:

• Administration:
  • Program end marker between 28 to 0 days of the cohort’s program end
  • Action to complete the cohort
  • Additional statuses for the Ending and Completed cohorts
  • Filters for new cohort statuses
• Participant Platform
  • Countdown reminder between 28 to 0 days of the cohort completion
  • 2 notifying Emails sent to users:
    • 28 days before the end of their program
    • on the day/moment the cohort has been completed.
  • For completed cohorts, includes feature limitations such as:
    • Chat deactivation with availability to view the group chat history
    • Classes feature full deactivation
    • Future device connections [while we do not disconnect the device ourselves, the user will not be able to apply new connections or reconnect after manually disconnecting it]
    • No more future modules will appear on the user’s dashboard
    • No more activities will be tracked and sent for all the cohort’s users
    • Content Library is still available and accessible to users

For users to reinstate their profiles, they need to reenroll. Reenrollment requires a disenrolled status from the client’s side and a new enrollment ID.
