Jennifer Johnston is a National Board Certified Health & Wellness Coach, has a health coaching certification from Emory University, and holds a certificate from the University of California at Berkeley Greater Good Science Center as a Mindfulness Meditation Teacher. She is also certified by the National Academy of Sports Medicine as a Personal Trainer and Nutrition Coach.
Passionate about working with clients to create habits that lead to improved health, wellness and longevity, Jennifer partners with individuals to create and implement realistic, personalized action plans that reflect each client’s values, priorities and preferences and supports turning wellness goals into daily habits and sustainable behaviors.
