Day 7 – Upper Body Flexibility Body Weight Workout

Perform the 6 exercises X3 in a circuit format

Chest Door Stretch — 30 sec. to 1 minute hold

Child’s Pose Back Stretch-30 sec. to 1 minute hold

Shoulder Stretch-30 sec. to 1 minute hold – each side

Wrist Stretches – 30 sec. to 1-minute hold

Neck Extension- 30 sec. to 1-minute hold

Triceps Stretch – 30 sec. to 1-minute hold
