Insurance Management: The Clinical Care Team can now view, add, or update patient insurance details directly in the portal. This helps speed up care coordination and access to services.
Medications & Supplements: Clinicians can now add medications and supplements, which are automatically synced to the patient’s Health Improvement Journey. Patients can now see these updates right away in their care plan.

Real-Time Vitals Insights: Connected devices now allow the Clinical Care Team to view patient vitals in real time, helping support informed care decisions.
Sleep Scores: Patients can now track their Fitbit sleep scores in Health Metrics, alongside other health data all on your dashboard.
Instant, Secure Communication: When a new professional joins the Clinical Care Team chat, a private chat is automatically created for them and the patient to connect securely.
Know Your Care Team: Patients can now see a list of all participants in their Group Chats and Clinical Care Team.

✅ Revamped Patient Login: The login page now has a new layout and improved password reset process for a smoother sign-in experience.

✅ Smarter Care Team Notes: Notes taken by the Clinical Care Team now follow updated standards, making it easier to review and act on patient information.
