Leah is a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist who will help you achieve your health goals through nutrition. She believes in the healing and nurturing power of food combined with evidence-based nutritional knowledge to guide your health journey toward optimal wellness.
Leah takes a whole-body functional medicine approach with her clients, rooted in the belief that everyone can have a positive relationship with food.
Leah graduated from the University of Southern California with her Bachelor of Science degree in Human Biology, with an emphasis on Nutrition and Metabolism. She then graduated from Drexel University with her Master of Science degree in Human Nutrition. Leah completed her ACEND-accredited supervised practice program at the Veterans Affairs Medical Center in Los Angeles, serving veterans with complicated disease states.
She’s worked with a variety of clients ranging from C-suite executives and entrepreneurs to collegiate and professional athletes. She also works with individuals dealing with gastrointestinal distress including inflammatory bowel disease, irritable bowel syndrome, food allergies and food sensitivities.
