Easy sheet pan chicken fajitas

Ingredients:
- 1 lb. boneless, skinless chicken breasts or thighs, sliced
- 4 bell peppers, any color, sliced
- 1 pkg. of your favorite taco or fajita seasoning
- ¼ tsp sea salt
- ⅛ tsp black pepper
- 1 Tbsp olive oil
Preparations:
- Preheat oven to 375. Line a large rimmed baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a mixing bowl, coat the chicken. peppers, onions, with the seasoning.
- Spread evenly onto baking sheet.
- Bake for 20-22 minutes or until chicken is cooked through and vegetables are tender.
- Serve with 2 corn tortillas for a meal or use as a topper for brown rice, quinoa, cauliflower rice, or a sweet potato.
