Co-founder and President

Roger is the Co-founder and President of Ciba Health. He is responsible for the company’s strategic market positioning, in addition to leading its business building activities and operations across all functions. He also spearheads Ciba’s expansion into international markets.

Prior to Ciba Health, Roger was the Founding Partner of Day223 Ventures, a venture studio dedicated to building, scaling, and investing in early-stage AI startups. He is a seasoned entrepreneur, startup operator, investor, and advisor with years of experience in the technology industry.

Roger has a strong track record of success in leading and growing businesses. He is passionate about helping founders build unique value propositions, refine bold visions, and scale innovative businesses. A highly respected leader in the technology community, Roger is known for his strategic thinking, operational expertise, and commitment to innovation.

Roger holds an MBA from Cornell University, as well as an MS in International Studies and a BS in Communication Sciences from the University of Montreal.

As the Director of Client Success, Kienan drives results for clients within the digital healthcare space, with a specific focus on chronic conditions. He is dedicated to developing products that support those living with chronic conditions and enable them to improve their health and wellness.

Business Development Lead 

Nate’s journey to Ciba Health has been an exciting one. He has explored many different industries and positions, but feels right at home helping our clients deliver top of the line benefits programs to support their staff living with complicated diagnoses. Nate’s primary responsibility to is to generate interest with employers and consultants, while also partnering with aligned businesses to provide further value to clients and the individuals that Ciba serves. While other members of the growth team have fled the great white north for warmer climates, Nate resides in the Twin Cities area of Minnesota, where he enjoys playing sports with his friends, exploring the great restaurants of Minneapolis/St. Paul, and playing with his dog buddy, Hamilton.

As a Sales Development Representative, Jerah’s responsibility is to generate interest and facilitate connections between employers, consultants, and Ciba, as well as its programs that align with their employee health and wellness strategies. With a diverse background in various sales roles and industries, Jerah has discovered that Ciba Health is where he truly belongs. He currently resides in Vancouver, Washington, in the beautiful Pacific Northwest. In his free time, Jerah stays active by spending quality moments with his wife and children, exercising, and playing basketball.

Neville Green-Waterman is an accomplished engineer, project manager, and operations specialist with extensive cross-functional leadership experience in non-profits, multinational corporations, and start-ups. With a career spanning specialty chemicals, oil & gas, lubricants, plastics, and now healthcare, Neville brings a unique blend of technical expertise and strategic vision to the table.

A passionate advocate for stress management and chronic illness prevention and reversal, Neville is dedicated to driving innovation and improving health outcomes. Thrilled to be a leader at Ciba Health, Neville leverages his skills in growth and organizational strategy to help shape the future of personalized healthcare.

Tim Jandovitz worked for a hedge fund investing in healthcare companies and worked for two tech firms before joining the Ciba Health team to pursue his true passion for medicine, health and wellness.

Registered Nurse

Emily is a Registered Nurse (RN) and Certified Case Manager (CCM). Her nursing experience ranges from working as a bedside nurse in the Intensive Care Unit, rheumatology and case management. Her experience with working closely with clients living with autoimmune diseases focused her interest on the benefits of lifestyle modification with regard to nutrition, exercise and mental well-being.

Emily is a Pacific Northwesterner living in New Jersey with her husband, two children and rescue dog. She enjoys reading, white water rafting, traveling and building Lego with her kids.

Dr. Lê’s focus is listen to each patient and help them feel their best.

Dr. Sandy Lê works with patients to treat the root cause of disease and to empower patients to achieve their health goals. With a strong interest in lifestyle and hormone health, she works with patient goals ranging from optimizing body composition and hormone balancing to resolving health issues like fatigue, digestive symptoms, and mood issues.

As a certified social media and marketing growth strategist, Jason specializes in helping brands amplify awareness and drive revenue through compelling copy and engaging content. With a proven track record of crafting over 100 viral posts, he has propelled brands to industry leadership—gaining hundreds of thousands of followers within weeks, scaling email lists to over 1 million, quadrupling revenue, and tripling website and foot traffic. Jason currently lives in the heat of Arizona, where he enjoys skateboarding, recording music, acting, and spending time with his wife, two daughters, and their Frenchie.

Director of Patient Care and Engagement

Rachel received her Bachelor’s degree in Nursing from Auburn University alongside her Business degree from Auburn University. Rachel has practiced in a multitude of states to include Alabama, Georgia, New York, New Jersey, and Colorado.  She currently resides in New Jersey with her husband, two daughters, and pup. She enjoys being outdoors as much as possible with her family and enjoys a multitude of sports to include soccer, football, basketball, and tennis.

Rachel is a Registered Nurse (RN) and a Certified Case Manager (CCM) with 11 years of nursing experience ranging from critical care nursing, family medicine, and case management. Rachel believes in a holistic approach to healthcare that relies on being proactive with our health. She believes in a healthy lifestyle that starts with the basics: exercise, good diet, and plenty of rest.

With over 15 years of experience in Human Resources, Bathusi has a proven track record of driving organizational growth and fostering positive workplace cultures. Throughout her career, she has excelled in various HR functions, including talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, and organizational development. Bathusi is known for her strategic approach to HR, aligning people practices with business goals to ensure that companies not only attract top talent but also retain and develop their workforce for long-term success. Bathusi is committed to creating environments where employees can thrive, and businesses can succeed.

In addition to her extensive experience in traditional HR functions, she is also passionate about giving back to the community. Bathusi was honored with the HR Leader Volunteer of the Year Award and Recruiter of the Year in 2024, recognizing her dedication to mentoring emerging HR professionals and their commitment to advancing workplace diversity, equity and inclusion initiatives. When she’s not leading HR Strategies, Bathusi, is an avid traveler and passionate about exploring the world. After conquering all 50 States, she is now working on adding 50 countries to her travel bucket list, broadening her cultural perspective and drawing inspiration from global workforces to further enhance her HR practice. Dr. Markyia Nichols aka “Dr.Kyia” is a board-certified Ob/Gyn and Functional Medicine Expert with over 15 years of experience who is committed to helping her patients to heal the root cause of their health and wellness issues.

She received her undergraduate degree in Biology and Spanish from Johns Hopkins University, completed her medical training at the University of Maryland at Baltimore and completed her Ob/Gyn residency training at the Johns Hopkins Hospital in Baltimore. She has received fellowship training in Functional Medicine through the Academy for Anti-Aging and Regenerative Medicine.

Dr. Kyia is a true Marylander and lover of blue crabs, the Ravens football team and nature. You can often find her on her yoga mat out in nature, taking a hike in the woods, or eating crabs at the beach

As Chief Medical Director, Dr. Nichols is excited to offer her expertise in functional “root cause” medicine, sexual health and wellness, and hormonal health, empowering clients get to the “root” cause of their dis-ease and thereby helping to achieve reversal, and optimal health.

With over 15 years of experience in technology leadership, Ilya Pavlov serves as the Head of IT at Ciba Health. As one of the company’s first employees, he has been an integral part of its growth since 2020, continuously driving innovation and operational excellence. His career spans from hands-on technical expertise to executive management, including a successful tenure as CEO of a web development agency, where he refined his skills in IT strategy, infrastructure, and digital transformation.

At Ciba Health, Ilya leads the IT department, ensuring the stability, security, and scalability of the company’s digital infrastructure. He is dedicated to optimizing technology operations, implementing cutting-edge solutions, and driving efficiency across all IT systems to support the company’s mission in digital healthcare. His approach combines strategic vision with technical execution, empowering teams to build robust, high-performing systems that enhance both business operations and user experience.

Chief Marketing Officer

Marketing and branding professional with more than 12 years of experience in various industries. Currently serving as a Fractional CMO to startups and established businesses in the health & wellness industry.

Claire Tagoe is an experienced product engineer, former founder and technology leader with over 8 years of experience building software and services in the healthcare space. She is passionate about leveraging technology as a tool to create measurable impact in healthcare.
Her current role involves working with the engineering team to drive fast execution and development of high-quality products and services for the Ciba Health platform.

Senior Vice President

Mike’s passion for the industry arose from seeing family and friends have difficulty navigating the healthcare system and helping them find the resources needed to live their healthiest lives.

Michael graduated from University of Illinois – Chicago. A lifelong Chicagoan, he recently moved to the Dallas-area for better weather.
In his spare time, you’ll find Michael kayaking on Joe Pool Lake and hiking on the Dallas trails.

Michael is a digital health and wellness professional with extensive experience in providing worksite well-being programs.

In addition to leading business development activities, he has helped to customize digital health programs to suit the specific needs of clients of all sizes.

Kelly is leading Ciba Health’s expansion into the Canadian market. She is responsible for the company’s strategic market positioning in Alberta, as well as overall operations.

Before Ciba Health, Kelly worked as a clinical and consultant pharmacist across a multitude of healthcare sectors. With a background in family medicine, orthopedics and general surgery as well as specialty training as a certified diabetes educator, she has twenty years of experience working with patients, providers, and industry leaders within health systems and government.

Kelly is a strong believer in collaboration and has a track record of implementing innovative and creative solutions across the healthcare system. She is passionate about revolutionizing care delivery and improving healthcare outcomes driven by data and digitally enabled health solutions. She highly values exceptional service delivery and outstanding customer experiences that have a meaningful impact on health and well-being while driving systemic efficiencies.

Kelly holds an MBA from the Alberta School of Business, as well as BS in Pharmacy from the University of Alberta.

You can find Kelly mountain biking, hiking, or swimming with her family and dog from Edmonton’s River Valley to the Rocky Mountains or somewhere cheering for the Edmonton Oilers.

I am a Nationally Board-Certified Health & Wellness Coach, a lifestyle coach for the National Diabetes Prevention Program, and a Certified Health Education Specialist. Seeing people transform their health challenges into a more energized and vibrant life is what drives me to offer the best support possible.

As your coach, it is my mission to offer relief from the confusion and frustration often felt while navigating health goals. Instead, imagine feeling hopeful and empowered once again.

Jennifer Johnston is a National Board Certified Health & Wellness Coach, has a health coaching certification from Emory University, and holds a certificate from the University of California at Berkeley Greater Good Science Center as a Mindfulness Meditation Teacher. She is also certified by the National Academy of Sports Medicine as a Personal Trainer and Nutrition Coach.

Passionate about working with clients to create habits that lead to improved health, wellness and longevity, Jennifer partners with individuals to create and implement realistic, personalized action plans that reflect each client’s values, priorities and preferences and supports turning wellness goals into daily habits and sustainable behaviors.

Knowing the total transformation that good health can bring, Jennifer believes that confidential, compassionate coaching can help bring clients’ personal wellness vision to life so they can feel better and thrive.

Family practice physician Dr. Fatima Hussein graduated from Howard University College of Medicine in May 1997. She has successfully treated patients of all ages in primary care  for the last 20 years. While she has experience in many various fields, such as primary care and urgent care, she has a particular interest in functional medicine. She has worked as an urgent care physician at many different urgent care facilities in the Maryland/DC region as well as a clinical professor at Georgetown University. Dr. Hussein aims to treat her patients’ problems holistically and practically, taking into account current best practices as well as exciting new therapy possibilities. She has developed a specific interest in assisting people with weight reduction during the past few years.  Dr. Hussein likes spending her free time outdoors, traveling, hiking, gardening and learning perfumery.

Katie is a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist who believes in using food and lifestyle as medicine. After receiving her Masters in Dietetics, Katie went on to manage a weight loss clinic for five years where she was able to help transform her clients health and outlook on life simply through diet change alone.

Dr. Elizabeth Kolawole, a double board-certified family and integrative medicine physician, was born and raised in Dallas, Texas, to hardworking West African immigrant parents who instilled a strong work ethic and a passion for helping others. From a young age, Dr. Kolawole knew she wanted to become a doctor who could manage everything, a dream inspired by her favorite childhood show, “Dr. Quinn, Medicine Woman.”

What sets Dr. Kolawole apart is her exceptional ability to listen to her patients, their families, and every symptom, condition, and concern they present. Her compassionate demeanor and strong work ethic make her an unmatched healthcare provider. As her career progressed, Dr. Kolawole sought to expand her knowledge beyond traditional medical education, delving into alternative medicine to offer holistic, integrative solutions to her patients’ health problems. By incorporating these approaches, she aims to cure people of chronic diseases, not just treat symptoms.

Jeff Clarke is the interim CEO of Doxim. Prior to this, he was the Executive Chairman and interim CEO of FTD, LLC, a private company controlled by Nexus Capital. Previously, Clarke spent five years as CEO of Eastman Kodak Company. He has also held numerous other C-level roles within the technology industry, including CEO, Chairman and Executive Chair positions at Travelport Limited, a private company controlled by the Blackstone Group. Clarke has served as Chief Operating Officer for CA Software, Executive Vice President of Global Operations at Hewlett-Packard and CFO at Compaq Computer. 

Clarke serves on the Board of Directors of FTD, LLC and Columbia Care. He is a former director at Autodesk, Compuware, Docker, Generate Life Sciences, Orbitz Worldwide, Red Hat and UTStarcom. He earned a B.A. in economics from SUNY Geneseo, and an MBA from Northeastern University and serves as a Northeastern University Trustee.

Mr. Siegel is the founder and CEO of JBS Healthcare Ventures since its formation in 2017.  In June 2021, he also assumed the role as CEO and Chairman of Board of OPY Acquisition Corp. I, which was a public Nasdaq-listed company between October 2021 and December 2023.  Previously, he was a partner and healthcare sector head at Kingdon Capital Management from 2011 until 2017. Prior to joining Kingdon, Mr. Siegel was a healthcare portfolio manager at SAC Capital Advisors from 2005 until 2011; an associate director of pharmaceutical and specialty pharmaceutical research at Bear, Stearns & Co.; a pharmaceuticals research associate at Dresdner Kleinwort Wasserstein; and a consultant in the Life Sciences division of Computer Sciences Corporation.

Mr. Siegel has worked as a research associate at the Novartis Center for Immunobiology at Harvard Medical School, and a research assistant at Tufts University School of Medicine. He is also currently a director at Jaguar Health, Inc. a Nasdaq listed company. He has served on the board of advisors of Vitalis LLC, a private pharmaceutical company since March 2019, and as a director of Napo Therapeutics S.p.A, the majority owned Italian subsidiary of Napo Pharmaceuticals and Jaguar Health, Inc. since November 2021. He served on the Board of Directors of Sol-Gel Technologies Ltd, a Nasdaq listed company from 2018 to 2024 and previously Lumara Health until it was acquired by AMAG Pharmaceuticals in 2014.

Mr. Siegel received a BS in psychology from Tufts University in 1995 and an MBA from Columbia Business School in 1999.

Strategic Advisor

Sharon Williams is a Management Consultant and Healthcare executive. She has extensive experience working with healthcare payers, providers and managed care organizations in the development and evaluation of healthcare delivery and reimbursement systems, healthcare compliance programs, healthcare reform options and healthcare data analysis.

As a senior executive for several health plans, she was responsible for the overall operations of the health plan, including strategic direction, network and reimbursement, and administration for all existing programs and the development of new programs to ensure goals and objectives were met or exceeded.

Sharon is an innovative leader adept at building teams who have the ability to think creatively and design profitable organizational changes.  She has a keen understanding of customer needs and optimal work environment to allow maximum performance from employees.  She specializes in policy leadership in family, health, organization operations, anti-violence, early childhood and economic growth.

Ms. Williams holds a double Masters’ degrees from the University of Chicago in Public Policy and Health Administration. She has completed competitive Policy Management Institutes at Carnegie Mellon and the John F. Kennedy School of Government at Harvard University. 

Dr. Mustfa Manzur is an emergency medicine physician at Montefiore Medical Center and New York City Health + Hospitals.

His research is focused on diabetes management, minimally invasive spine surgery, antiemetics, palliative care, and medical education. Dr. Manzur has managed research studies at Hospital for Special Surgery, Thomas Jefferson University Hospital, Mount Sinai Hospital, and Montefiore Medical Center.

As a management consultant focused on healthcare, he led strategic, financial, revenue cycle, and technology transformation projects for health systems, health plans, large physician groups, medical schools, and private equity.

Dr. Peter Lee serves as CEO of Work Health Solutions (WHS). In this capacity, Peter is responsible for building a world class organization and defining the overall strategy for the company. He leads a dynamic team that provides corporate health, occupational medicine, and workplace wellness for hundreds of thousands of employees that work at some of the world’s most recognized companies. Peter also teaches as an Assistant Clinical Professor at the Yale University School of Medicine.

Peter is a graduate of the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, University of Vermont College of Medicine and the Harvard School of Public Health. His post graduate training encompasses an internship in general surgery, fellowship in healthcare quality and residency at the Harvard Occupational and Environmental Medicine Residency program; where he also served as chief resident. Peter is board certified in Preventive Medicine and a fellow of the American College of Occupational and Environmental Medicine (ACOEM).

Prior to WHS, Peter served as Amazon’s first Global Medical Director, Chief Medical Officer for the General Electric Company as well as Chief Strategy Officer and Corporate Medical Director of a Boston-based healthcare delivery and consulting firm. He loves golfing, traveling, philanthropy, and building Legos with his twins.
