Drawing from a deep, personal commitment to movement and self-care, she helps clients harness their own power to achieve lasting, transformative results.
With over 17 years of experience as a former personal trainer and nutrition coach, she has dedicated her career to helping people achieve their unique wellness visions. This extensive background provides her practice with a wealth of practical expertise.
Cynthia’s holistic approach is rooted in her own lifelong passion for activity, including years of competitive swimming and coaching. Her comprehensive coaching style is further strengthened by her academic foundation, holding Psychology and Biology degrees from the University of Massachusetts.
A New England native who now calls Palm Springs home, Cynthia actively lives the healthy lifestyle she advocates. In her free time, you’ll find her cycling, preparing delicious and healthy meals, playing golf, or hiking with her family and dogs
