Linda Lynch
Functional Medicine Certified Health Coach
NBC-HWC, FMCHC
I have always been interested in health and wellness, but my decision to change careers and become a health and wellness coach was a result of my husband’s health issues.
View plansWhen my husband was diagnosed with type 2 diabetes, he struggled with making the lifestyle changes he needed to make to keep it under control. His health continued to decline and he eventually died in 2017 of complications related to his diabetes and obesity. I was unable to help him, but knew I wanted to do something to help others, so they didn’t have to suffer the way he did.
I signed up for the Functional Health Coaching Academy and began my new journey. I’m now a Functional Medicine Certified Health Coach (FMCHC) as well as a National Board Certified Health and Wellness Coach (NBC-HWC). I have also recently completed additional training as a Lifestyle Coach in the CDC Diabetes Prevention Program.
Each person’s journey is unique, so I will not tell you what to do, but instead we’ll work together to develop realistic goals and your personal action plan to success.
Aside from health coaching, I love spending time with my wonderful family, walking, hiking, reading, volunteering, and learning how to be my best self.
