Board Certified Family Physician (MD)

I am a Board Certified Family Physician (MD) currently located in Seattle, WA. I completed my residency training at UT Southwestern Medical Center in Dallas, TX. During residency, I also completed University of Arizona’s Integrative Medicine training program. Soon after, I completed my functional medicine training through the Institute of Functional Medicine (IFM) and became an IFM-certified provider.

I collaborate with my patients to provide a holistic approach to their health goals, focusing on lifestyle fundamentals including nutrition, movement, mindfulness, appropriate supplementation and sleep.
